We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Controlling Specialist to join our Waters Türkiye Factory team.
Location: Kestel, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Supply Chain Controlling Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Support cost improvement opportunities, validate and review proposed savings as well as participate in supply network optimization studies. Facilitate meaningful dialogue around Logistics Trade Terms and cost-to-serve trade-offs.
- Coordinate reporting of actuals (including organizing and overseeing timeliness and accuracy of period-end close) and forecasts across Supply Chain; ensure transparency of the process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps ensuring that financial policies, accounting standards and costing standards are followed.
- Prepare and coordinate the Supply Chain budget. Perform revisions or simulations if needed with focus on risks and opportunities for the function. Ensure full transparency of strategic Supply Chain decisions on the organization. (financial & non-financial)
- Support to coordinate the yearly CAPEX cycle for the function. Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post project evaluations.
- Ensure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development, implementation and of internal controls. The role is responsible for coordinating the tracking and resolution of all SoD conflicts within Supply Chain as well as serves as the key contact for internal and external audits within the Supply Chain area.
- Organize internal and external benchmarking of Supply Chain performance; monitor Trade Net Working Capital and components, Distribution Costs and Bad Goods. Analyze reasons for deviations and track corrective actions; evaluate and provide financial analysis for product sourcing changes.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g.: Costing, Factory controlling) ideally within a factory or supply chain
- Experience in FMCG companies
- Experience in a network organization with cross-functional stakeholders
