The opportunity
EY Luxembourg is looking for Senior Consultants who will be part of our Accounting, Compliance and Reporting (ACR) specialized in private equity.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver value added services to clients by providing industry insight, “out-of-the-box” ideas and solutions to improve their reporting model.
- Help clients with the accounting and financial reporting aspects related to private equity client's including statutory annual account, group reporting package(s) or other financial information and assisting with bookkeeping services.
- Help clients in audit coordination and filing of regulatory returns.
- Assist clients in improving and implementing efficient reporting processes and PE operations.
- Provide private equity clients customized business specific training solutions on accounting, financial reporting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP) and general business matters including PE business model, market structuring and tax.
- Assist clients in applying IFRS and Lux GAAP: conversions, implementation of new standards, accounting opinions, etc.
- Liaise between different EY teams providing services to same clients to obtain value addition and synergy unique to EY.

- Covered in your studies in any of the following fields: Reporting, Controlling, Consolidation, Business Intelligence or Audit.
- fluent in English. Any additional language skills such as French or German would be considered as an asset.
