- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy materials (30 lbs overhead)
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle to commute to work.
- Construction experience is an asset.
- Currently living in Fernie or surrounding area
- Valid working VISA
