TASKS:
- Together with your team, you will analyse the global and regional procurement markets and recommend suitable suppliers to generate further saving opportunities
- You will be responsible for leading and developing purchasing strategies for the group
- Along with talent identification and advancement, fostering team development and motivation is essential
- You are launching and promoting cost-cutting and cost-avoidance initiatives
- Budget planning, delivering results and progress tracking for your respective field of responsibility across Lighting BG plants
- With your Team you will work in interdisciplinary teams, on cost structure analyzes for the different material groups and carry out appropriate workshops with the suppliers
- Developing and implementing best practice guidelines and coaching of the organisation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing
- Must speak FLUENT English
- Completed business administration or engineering degree
- It would be advantageous to have experience in the fields of contract law, calculation, and controlling
- Experiences of leading a global team, as well as first experiences of disciplinary leading
