Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and strategies to protect an organization's assets.
- Identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities and devising strategies to mitigate them.
- Developing and implementing protocols for responding to security incidents, breaches, or emergencies.
- Act as a visible deterrent to criminal activity by maintaining a visible presence.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.
Qualifications:
- Height requirement: 6.0 ft( 182cm )
- (at least 4 years) Proven experience as a security guard in restaurant, lounge, or nightclub settings.
- The security men need to be physically fit and capable of handling potential confrontations. You should have strength and endurance.
- Effective communication is vital for de-escalating situations and interacting with patrons. Clear communication can prevent conflicts.
- Being able to defuse tense situations and resolve conflicts peacefully is essential. Training in conflict resolution is beneficial.
- Understanding laws regarding security personnel, including licensing and certification requirements.
